4WP Rear Bumper.... cancel order or keep waiting?

**UPDATE** I called and canceled the order. They didnt even hesitate, almost like they knew something lol



In Feb I jumped on 4WheelParts sale on any of their branded parts. I was able to get their 3rd gen rear bumper and both swingouts for $1300 shipped, which is almost $1k off normal price. They are still on backorder with no estimated in-stock date. I really don't need them until August, but then I have some stuff planned that I would like it all. Do I cancel my order and look for something else, or stick with it in hopes to get them before then?

I had read somewhere that 4WP was struggling with their branded parts, is this true? That makes me worried that they'll go under and it'll be a nightmare to get a refund.

 

I do believe they are getting rid of their 4wp marked items, I heard they got bought pit by hoonigan. I jumped on the $300 sliders

 

Were/are the sliders on backorder, or were they in stock?

Cancel it, get your refund. After 3 months if they can’t give you an approximate date then assume the date is never. Get your credit card refunded and move on. The longer you wait the more likely your $$$ will be gone.

 

They were in stock, now discontinued. It's all China made anyway, check out body armor comparable in price also china made. Ask for a refund

 

I do like the BA4x4 Pro Series II, but the optional swingouts are not listed anywhere on their site. I sent them a message inquiring about them.

Yes speaking about the sliders, but I do believe they r discontinuing the 4WP branded items. They got bought out by wheelpros, who got bought out by someone else, ask for a refund brother

 

I requested a refund and its already posted to my account. They didn't even try to talk me out of it or offer to check on a status, call was probably no longer than a minute.
