4WP recently came out with sliders that look like they might slide better than tube

but not as good as JD as they still have exposed inner bars

either way, for reasons unknown site is showing price dropped from $850 to $270 for a new set

But it’s listed as for ‘16-23
Anyone know if they fit 2nd gen? I’ve heard the frames are basically the same except for a small reinforcement plate added on the outside

which when looking at the slider pics it doesn’t look like they’re shaped outward in a section to accommodate that

if anything they just skip over it, with most connecting done at the back
and a connecting bar at the front
the skip between them likely in front of the plate

They look more like running boards instead of sliders IMHO.

they are and look like sliders

sliders slide and bolt to the frame with tubes

running boards don’t slide, hang down, and bolt to the cab with two small brackets

As far as I know, 05-23 sliders are interchangeable. I could be wrong.

A lot of vendors list them as 05-23, fyi.

honestly after weighing it out probably gonna keep used RCI
Yes they’re rusty and could use work but the roundness matches the body design of 2nd gen and has a pretty big attaching design
