I've had my 2014 Tacoma 4x4 for a week and I already have just over 1000 miles on it. It's my first 4x4 and I don't know why I waited so long. These have been the best 1000 miles ever. So far I've been around Lake Tahoe a bit and spent the day today tooling around Pyramid Lake which is just a remarkable place. Now I know why everyone's been telling me I need to go there and check it out.

I'm so stoked! I did a lot of research on what I wanted to do to it before buying and a lot of that information came from TW forums, so thanks everyone! Some of the things had to be ordered so this week she's going back to the dealership for a couple of days. That rental car is going to be a bummer, but when it's finished I'll have the Tacoma of my dreams. It's already pretty sweet but the TRD supercharger, lift kit, exhaust and MT 17"s are going to make me feel like I've pimped my own ride. I really just can't wait.

I stopped by the dealership the other day and bugged the parts guys to let me take a look at what had arrived already. Turns out everything was there except for the wheels. The only MT Sidebiter's they could find were in North Carolina and getting them over-night was out of the question I suppose. I guess they just don't understand.

I recently moved to the Nevada High Desert from San Diego and my semi-slammed xB was only going to get me so far. I'll miss my little xBox, but probably not for long.

Bye, Bye pavement dweller. Anyway, thanks for all the help folks!

Thanks, Joe D! I've never really looked at a forum for anything and came across TW while researching the new Tacoma. I couldn't believe just about every question I had had been answered at some point or another. What a resource! (Not sure of the "quick reply" button was the right way to respond to your comment on my post. I hope it was.)

Bottom right corner of each post block are 3 buttons.

QUOTE grabs just the text of that post for you to reply to.

If you want to grab multiple posts and reply at once use the button with large "+ on it.
