2021 trd o/r 4x

Does anyone know why my 4x4 light is blinking when I start my truck? 4x4 is not engaged nor is it when I park. When I start driving I switch to 4h then back to 2x and it shuts off.... I only have 6000 miles also.

It should only be blinking when it’s trying to get into 4x4.....so if you’ve got the switch on 2WD, it somehow thinks you’re trying to put it in 4HI.

You might have a bad actuator. I’d tell the dealer about it

Yeah it’s weird because it only comes on in the morning when I start my truck then I don’t see it throughout the day. I’m waiting to hear back from the dealer but thanks for the info
