That they will... I have found more than one Tacoma 4X4 mud flap while off roading! Mine are in a bag in the garage...

Just did mine last week... I like it. Don’t give a shit if some think it’s over kill but I’m proud to have a TRD OR so I want people to know what exactly they are looking at. Everyone sees the sr5 or prerunner why not the trd?

I am proud to own a 4WD and I want the Tacoma to be just as easily ID'd as a 4WD as all other 4WD trucks are. Why we don't get a badge like a Tundra does or other makes is a bit odd, IMO.

Like many, I have removed the mud flaps from my 2010 soon after getting it. Mud flaps are the only thing that IDs the Tacoma as being a 4WD. My 2005 was constantly having them snapped off when I went off roading... and I tried to keep putting them back on. Why they didn't go to rubber flaps like my 2001 had (that never came off) is beyond me.

I found a trailer hitch mounted oval 4X4 plaque in a desert gift shop and that has been on the back of my Tacoma, but a chrome badge on the tailgate would sure look more professional. I resisted getting a Tundra one because I assumed it would be crazy priced... so an eBay one may be the ticket?

I saw a Tacoma TRD Off-Road at the dealership and I kid you not it was 4x2. I had to do a double take because I didn't think they even made 4x2 TRD Off-Road models. And you are saying your truck is not one of said '4x2 TRD O/R models'? It's actually a 4x4 with no badging?
