4x4 flange yoke? PTI 1302-37

I need a new flange yoke. I believe I've determined that the part is Powertrain Industries 1302-37, but I can't seem to find one anywhere. Can't even seem to find some chinese/ebay junk.

I need the flange yoke at the transfer case for a 2000 2.7 4wd. I pulled out the old u-joint because it was pretty stiff and discovered the yoke itself is slightly bent and has hair-line cracks. A brand new u-joint stiffened up as I pressed it in, presumably because of the bend.
