4x4 help!!!

2007 tacoma 4x4 not working, all three 4x4 lights stay on even in 2wd. No change Flipping the switch between 2wd, 4h, 4L. I'm not sure where to start. It drives fine in 2wd but doesn't have any reaction to the switch. Any ideas???

What have you done so far to troubleshoot?

 

Also - What happened when you noticed the issue? Did you properly remove it from 4Lo back to 2wd and all that, yeah?

maybe start there? does that look like the same thing as what's going on with yours?

 

Bought it like this so I'm not sure how the issue started. I was thinking of checking the transfer case actuator but the dash lights aren't flashing, they just stay on so I'm not sure what that could mean.

I'd start with having a look at the wiring at the 4wd ECU and see if there's some funny business going on there, if not unplug the 4wd ECU and see if they go out.
