so when i replaced my clutch I had everything back together and the last thing was to put on the 4x4 shift knob. obviously after 30 hours of working on my truck I was excited to get the job done and i thought that the knob twisted on like the regular shift knob. (it doesnt). I snapped the wire from the 4x4 button in the knob about an inch into the knob. I dont see how i would be able to splice the wires, theres just not enough room. I dont know if you can really see it in the picture. anyways i was wondering if i could buy a new knob that has the wires coming out of it. or do I have to do some crazy surgeory to get it back together?
