4x4 whistle

    header,short rack and pinion, heavy duty shocks, grill guard, flowmaster exhaust,pacesetter header without catalytic converter, one 10 inch xant sub with a mtx amp, off road lights,diamondplate tool box,rhinolined inside cab,ngk plugwires.
    when i put the truck in 4x4 i notice that the driver side has a whistle to it when i get to asbout 25 mph cv axle maybe

    hard to tell i know its more toward the axle

    CV's are going to make a "clicking" sound if there is a problem. It could be your transfer case makeing the noise. My 2000 would make a high pitched whine when in 4 wheel drive. So did my Dodge. Its not a big deal. Check your fluid and make sure its at the correct level.

    is it in 4-low that you hear it? in all my trucks they whine/whistle when going around 25 or more in 4-low.
