I have. A 95 Tacoma manual transmission. With electric 4x4 switch. I can’t figure out why the truck won’t go into 4x4. Switch is fine, new fuse and I can hear both actuators moving. It seemed like it would engage after the truck would warm up but now it’s not responding. I took apart the transfer case actuator. No corrosion but there is t-case oil in it. Not sure if that’s normal. My next guess is sensor on t-case actuator. Or front dif actuator. I also installed a spartan locker in the front dif. Any advice?
