    This is what the guys ar qa1 recommended.

    Replace the "xxx" with the spring rate of your choice.

    The guy that used these parts had to machine a spring cup reducer for the upper spring cup to fit the narrower springs.

    OMG perfect! (except the machined cup for the spring, which could be problematic as I have no ability to make that). So how do I buy some plates?
