I'm very new to this so I apologize in advance for not knowing what I'm talking about :) I have a 2007 2.7L 5 Speed manual, 5 lug(pic below). I was just given the parts in the second pic below from a neighbor. I believe they are the stock parts that came on his vehicle. In addition to the parts, I was given 6 lug wheels and 16inch tires to go with them. They are off of his 2016 Tacoma TRD Crew Cab. My main question is, is it even possible to get these new parts and tires onto my truck and convert to 6 lug, or is it more trouble than it's worth? Thanks in advance for any advice

Way more trouble than it's worth. Anything is possible with enough money, time and resources, but it's not worth it for this. Completely different suspension.

Got a lot of stuff lol
Not worth you time the only thing I would use is the rear shocks once you add an aal but besides that nothing else is worth it. Sorry to be the breaker of bad news.

Again, I apologize for more knowing what I'm taking about. What size aal would I need? Would that be all that'd needed to add the rear shocks? Once added, would this make the rear of my truck higher than the front? Thanks

Majority of the time we(5Luggers) just pick up a Readylift or Fatbob lift kit. It'll have the AAL and Front Spacer to lift our trucks. Yes, once the AAL is installed you can run the 6Lug rear shocks. AAL alone will raise your rear higher than your front. Bare in mind our 5Lugs come Stock with a rake(Higher rear to accommodate for bed weight.

Gone over the Top for a 5-lug..
For the Readylift SST kit at least, it is described as a 'lift/level' kit. It basically corrects the nose down, arse up attitude of the OEM setup. The kits generally measure in at a 2.75"/1.5" (or 1.75") adjustment in height, front to rear. As SamGoingHam said, combine the kit with a good set of shocks, and you should be good.

This is the most economical route to lifting the 5-lug.
