5-lug wheel swap

    Wheels
    Own a 08 Tacoma 5-lug with 15" steel wheels. Have a set of 16" alloy wheels from a 2000 Lexus ES series with new tires that I had mounted. When attempting to get a tire rotation, the shop told me I have the wrong lug nuts(original to the steel rims) and would not rotate tires. Have secured a correct set of alloy lug nuts ( I think), but now have a vibration at speed. No vibration prior to lug swap. Is this a centerbore issue? Is this fixable? Wheels look great.
