So i never thought i'd consider buying another 5 lug but i'm going to look at this tonight and most likely buy it for $1500.

    What do you guys think?

Little beat but the price is right and it has a Total chaos ball joint kit (old school version) and is only at 150k miles.

Meaning my 98 taco with the downy mid travel kit will go up for sale.

What do you guys think of the pics this kid sent me? I know very little about yota pick-up 5 lug trucks but it does have a total chaos kit and 10" coilovers so it should handle better than my wanna-be coilover kit from downey.

Don't do it! Use that 1500 to get a used tc uniball kit for your taco. Looks like that truck has been beat pretty hard. Plus your truck is way upgraded, efi system, steering system, frame construction,

yeah i know the 2rz, taco frame and steering rack advantages but my truck basically needs a new cab and bed to rally hard and i don't wanna deal with that.

My taco was a low rider at somepoint and someone cut a huge hole in the lower back portion of the cab for links to drag it on the ground. My bed is beyond destroyed and almost all my cab body mounts are cracked beyond repair. Its too the point that i wouldn't feel comfortable selling my truck to anyone on here or a friend.

Oh  well in that case, how much you plan on selling the Tacoma for? My advice would be to just be super thorough with your inspection of the new truck in question.

It's not that hard when you end up building it. In time you ditch the bed anyways and cab's are just sheet metal, be an easy fix.

Anyone think these wheels would look good on a lowered truck? about a 3"-4" drop, 17's with the thickest profile tire that would fit?

    Anyone wanna attempt photochop it?

Checking in here with my fellow 5-lugging friends. Planning on adding a back-rack soon and tinting my rear window dark! maybe even adding some rear facing lights pointing into the bed.

Looking forward to seeing it! I'm keeping mine with the stock tires/ ride height
But I want to add some 15" aluminum American racing rims, really hating the steelies.
