31x10.5 is the biggest you can go without lift.

4.5? Referring to backspacing? The ones I got are 4.0, if it makes a difference.

I have been considering 32s, they seem to be a rarer breed however with less choices.

Yeah, getting the mythical 32 on a 15" rim is tough. That .5" probably aint gonna make that big of a difference. My duratracs ran at 31.88 roughly a 32. Heavy tire but they were great on the road and in the snow.

And my random thought for the day...I've not really looked at any pics to see, just a random passing thought.

Whats is stopping a 5 lugger from taking an elocker rear end from a 6 lug truck, swapping the 5 lug axle shafts in and having perches fabbed up on the bottom of the housing to fit the SUA application of a 5 lug.....

    Are both 30 spline?

    Brakes...

Nothing, here's to verify spline count. Still 30. toyota difs However if you are gonna go through the hassel of swapping over complete axles you might as well sell the 5lug and buy a 6lug.

I'd say it was more of a passing thought than an actual idea I'd go through with. Know a fella' who somehow managed to pick up an elocked rear end for less than $300. I would it be totally worth fucking with if I could find one for that price.

If I got 31x10.5 tires on a 5 lug with the readily lift kit would the tires rub or would I be fine?

    Any help? Thanks - Will

My acutal drop, 5.25/5.75, numbers based off a base single cab with 1" spacers and XIIPERF XR stock heights with billies up front and 6lug leafs in the rear.

Sledge hammer and punch for the uppers, lowers pop right out without issue. But like Ry Ry said gonna needs some specific I.D. pipe to press in.

    Can someone clarify for me...

    Are all 5 lug Tacos 4X2? Or, is a 5 lug generally just a 4 cyl, 6 lug = 6 cyl regardless of 2/4WD?

    5 lug = light duty?

I have a 2014, 5 lug reg cab base 2wd 5 speed manual, not sure what I'm reading here most of the time. LOL, you guys have your own language!

I was thinking of a leveling kit, but only see 3/2" lifts if they would even apply? I fitted a set of 225/65-16" tires on 14 Mustang wheels just to check the size. Looked ore "correct" than the 215/70-15s. Didn't affect gearing that I could feel unloaded.

I have a JK with 37s and 4.88s, just traded in a Mach 1 with 4.56s, so I am a low gear fan for sure. I could use lower gears in this thing too, are these rears a PITA to set up? I see the recommendation to ship the center to East Coast Gear quite a bit.

Thanks and sorry for the new guy questions. I'm not planning to do much to this trucklet, just want to see what is out there and get to know what you guys are talking about!
