    Subscribed for outcome...

But, I'm trying to decide if I can justify fixing my 5/8" taco lean in rear by buying a 1/2" spacer from Toyteclifts or should I cut one of my previously removed OEM overload springs that are laying in the corner of my garage.

Dont mind the mud on everything, its a truck.

    Before -

    After -

100% better. Hard to tell in the picture, but it has rake again -

Drives 100% the same as it did before. Nothing weird.

I have enough material to cut 2 more sets if anyone was interested. Shoot me a PM if so.

looks better! im glad it worked out and that you are happy, because I am installing my 1/2 inch toytec shims after work..

BTW, if you don't mind me asking, did you have enough "thread' on the u-bolts ? I measured my stockers, and it looks like it will just clear the 1/2 shim (crossing fingers) haha

    Thanks.

The nuts are right at the end of the threads on the U bolts. I plan on doing a U bolt flip kit eventually though

Just to help the thread, here is a set of the toytec 0.5 shims (painted black)

    image.jpg

It actually looked a little raked in the picture, but there is no spare under the rear in the pic, as i am replacing the stock spre with a full size spare

I have the front shims from Toytec. Do they make a 1/2 shims for the rear? I couldn't find anything on their site except for an 1" rear block.

Hey @steveo27 do you still have any of the 5/8" custom cut blocks you'd sell?
