I have the part number for it if he doesn’t end up having one for you. A new one is like $50 or something along those lines.

by any miracle do you have a good working grey drivers side seat belt that would work in a 2003 DCSB.

I do have a grey driver's side extra cab seat belt in good shape could use a cleaning. It may be darker because it is from a 96. here is a picture of the passenger side. Looks the same.

Just the boot? You can’t buy the boot by itself. It’s part of the trim assembly.

Those little mounts and plastic covers on the extended cab back side windows? So you still have them? One of mine is missing a piece

Yes the vinal kind 1 for extra cab and 1 for regular cab
