Hi Judy. How goes it? Haven't seen any pics in a while, but how's the re-building going up there?

I never catch any fish :(

Nothing worth keeping, if anything at all. I could be right next to someone who catches lots and I don't catch any :( so I gave up..

That's why they call it fishing and not catching. Sometimes i go out and catch nothing. Just going out on the boat on a nice day is fun. OH I do catch and release...

Then i would suggest looking at what the others are using for bait and equipment and presentation.

    Hahahaha great impression, my fav!

    Happy Birthday!

They are still working on it. Some folks will never rebuild.
Last months I was up near Killington (Bridgewater) & the devastation was crazy to witness.

    You can do it!
I've been there with knee injuries, had my knee replaced 2 yrs ago next month. Its good but still recovering full range of motion. Starts with just doing something like riding a bike. Every day will get better.

Yes your photos made me try it with my vids. Mine are mostly snowmobiling. Will have to expand my horizons with the camera.
Here is an encounter with two dogs last season with my friend Robbie....

^^^^^^^^^^ Cool pics (no pun intended) of trail action I rarely ever see here on the surface of the sun BUT.......several yrs ago it snowed 9" down here and I busted out on a night ride in a snow "event". Only time I've ever had the chance to ride in snow and a night ride to boot. Fun stuff.

Neighborhood, greenbelts and state parks are good places to start to work up to the other stuff. Fortunately I don't know about all that surgery recovery. Only had a compound forearm break once long ago that was my retirement from skateboarding but lots of repetitive motion usage between skating, surfing, raquetball & mt biking so I'm trying to keep all my mobility parts intact as much as possible. Someone else can get all the sponsors and Xgames trophies, I'm way past any of that. Fun stuff being your job takes the fun out of it IMO so I just hate on my 9-5'er and have fun as much as possible around payin bills and having warm dry place to sh!t......I mean sleep, lol......and mods for the truck. Getting past the procrastination and finding someone to prod you along when you don't really feel like goin is a big part of it. After a while it'll become a habit and you'll crave it. Just don't overdo it, everyone has their limits and must exist within them and their is no shame in that. The shame for me is when I think about it and want to but don't actually just get up and do it anyway then I just have regret instead of a possible good memory of some fun stuff. Some of the best times have been when I pushed myself into going when it was cold or rainy or dark and rode anyway. I went on a ride last year during our bad drought the first time we had a complete rainstorm in a few months and it was so refreshing and invigorating for the soul to just ride in pouring rain for a few hours. It was greenbelts around my neighborhood but it mattered not, it was one of the best rides I had been on in a long time and still is. Just do what you can, the important part is being out there doing. I hardly ride at any race pace and don't give a crap about who thinks what about it. Fun and exercise is what it all about. My trophy is not crashing and not having to repair myself or repair the bike from anything but wear. Your memories are the trophies.
