    Back from the Doc, no BP meds! After looking at my BP record for over a month there is a downward trend in my pressures. Might have something to do with me deciding to retire. LOL. He’s getting the cardiologist and echocardiogram report and will make a final decision after reviewing those but feels like it’s not needed at this time :fingerscrossed:

    I also went by a Covid vaccine clinic and got my 1st Moderna shot.

    Also looks like the storms are going farther north of us so they have dropped the severe weather warnings for our area. May have some rain tomorrow but nothing bad.

    I think that has had a good effect on it. I’ve also been instructing on the range 3 days a week for an agency pistol transition. Fresh air, sunshine, and doing something I enjoy has been good for it too I think.
