    Witch is having mood swings
    6-ish miles a day. I averaged 9 when I was in Utah a few years back. And this is all just walking through camp, down to the lakes, nature trails, easy stuff.
    Backs still feeling good too.

    The VA just called me to schedule the MRI of my left knee on June 25th , a week before I move to Tennessee

    Now hopefully Ortho can figure out what's going on with that knee and if needed surgery I can get it done in Nashville
