    Tell me about it. I've been arguing with our HR department all day. They are notoriously slow in all things...except today.

    They jumped the gun, haven't been reading their emails, and now I'm forcing them to walk back an initial offer they made that was $20K too low.

    It's given me a migraine...which is about to make the phone call I'm about to have with them suuuuper cheerful and friendly.
