Glad it worked for you! Decided to get the driveway down to bare bricks today, almost regret it now. If we get ice first before the snow I will really regret it! A nappy goes a long ways in healing too :) Something I never used to do but enjoy from time to time now and feel better for it afterwards.

Remember you're only as old as you feel. Wait a minute belay my last... Somedays are better than others, but they are all good

Didn't do anything but laying around this morning, then sitting here most of the afternoon and dishes tonight. Back didn't like me lifting Zoie several times the other day :(

Some days are definitely better than others - but any that are above the dirt are good

When you start to feel every pin and screw holding your body together from the barometer falling and then bone on bone rubbing, along with bone shattering cold- alcohol. Never been a fan of the fufu organic stuff but Mn. made Organic Prairie Vodka does wonders for me a couple of hours before bed. After the equipment is put up of course. Doesn't leave you feeling as sharp as a marble the next day. But like anything else that makes you feel better temporarily you have to be careful IMO.

I here ya Mike. In 1976 @ the age of 16 I had a spinal fusion in my lower back. Some days are diamonds and some days are stones. Haha. I've managed and been able to do most with out a problem and I'm very active. The one thing that bothered me the most was it keep me from joining the service back in 79. I enjoy reading all the military story's you folks post on here. Everyone have a good week. Just got done watching my favorite program on memorable TV. Columbo! Haha!

They can replace knees, elbows, and hips. Even rebuild my shoulder again when it needs it. But my left foot, not so much. Or backs, the spine is a tough one as is the foot. I really hope a breakthrough happens sooner than later to help you both, and many others.

Morning, All ! Cold day here in Maryland. Rain in the next two days bringing some more moderate temps back.

Corny Joke Of The Day: Why don't they play poker in the jungle ? There are way too many cheetahs.

    Have a great day!

Good morning everyone! 18* this morning. Snow supposed to start at noon and go until noon tomorrow, predicting 10" now. Lucky that I can work from home when I want (most days) and today and tomorrow are good days to take advantage of that. Woke up dreaming that work had moved me to the campus in Jacksonville, Fl. and I wasn't fighting it LOL. Have a great day!

I'm off today and I'm out at my moms doing some small projects. This is the best I can do right now. I'm not near the beach! Sorry!

Reminds me of my two years on Guam. Except on Guam, you get no break from the heat and humidity at all whereas I believe most of Florida gets a bit of a break in the winter and it's not around 100 degrees every day.
