    You need to go introduce yourself to the TN threads and ask around in there. There are some good folks in those threads that live much closer to you that can give you the scoop on where the best eating is near you. One of my favorites that is a regional chain is Puckett's Grocery, I think the closest one for you is in downtown Nashville. I know I've read of other spots your way, but they were too far to commit them to memory.
