    We were told at work that next week its back to wearing facemask. At least it's not so hot and humid.


    I took Coco for a walk today
    Only 1 mile. We normally do 2.5 miles.
    Knee is slowing me down.

    My l/ knee is F'd up also , it's hyper extending from severely stretched ligaments and alot of erosion on the knee joint from arthritis

    We get daily reports of employee COVID positive tests. Seems like 1 or 2, sometimes 3 a day out of workforce of 700+ at the facility I work out of. It's bonkers. I'm grateful I can mostly WFH.

    Only made part pf the drive tonight. About a 4 hour drive total and I dont have reservations so anything i can do to get a head start tomorrow...
    Just at a city park that allows camping. Not fancy but it makes do for a quick stop.
