    home. it was windy. about 40 miles of hanging on to the wheel for dear life.
    the camper is mad at me.... i decided to double check the plumbing for winter and was in the process of adding more antifreeze stuff. got like 2 drops on the propane leak detector alarm and it freaked out. freaking thing could wake the dead a mile away and my head was about a foot from it when it went off. couldn't get it to stop so i pulled the fuse. let it sit, put the fuse back. it went off again. hope i didn't short it out. just gonna leave it set for the night and see what happens tomorrow.

    Driving in high winds is not fun especially in high profile vehicles . I used to drive 24' box trucks and they were very sketchy in strong winds . I hope you didn't short out the sensor !!!

    The Packard had giant tires that he didn't want to purchase so he used it as a trade in on a new 1960 Ford Falcon -- talk about moving down market.

    i'm hoping it just needs to dry out a bit. pulling the fuse on a safety sensor isn't obviously the best solution but i know that it was only going off because of the accidental drips.
