Hiya folks, how is everybody?

 

Good morning 50's, sunny and 50* today,probably the last one for months. Got to get some last minute winter prep done. I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving ,enjoy your day kids.

Good morning folks. I'm gonna attempt a 2 mile run/walk today for the first time since July when I tweaked my back. Will see, I'm not gonna push it to the point where I hurt myself. Nothing other than that on the plate today, well except for eating leftovers and watching football. Y'all have a good one and stay safe.

Thanks...I've been around, just haven't stopped by here for a long while.

Same here except for the run/walk,have a good one.

 

Figured it'd be winter up there by now.

 

Little better I suppose, thanks. Changed jobs. With parks and wildlife now. No more on call.

 

Rob, snowing bad up there yet?
Stocked up on caribou?

 

Sweet! I'm sure your quality of life is improved. What do you do for parks and wildlife folks, if you don't mind my asking?

 

Still plumber. They say I'm their first licensed one.
Lots of park restroom remodels and ADA upgrades.

 

We sometimes get a slow start with the big lake to the west,it stays warm for awhile.I think water temperatures are still at 50*. We can get slammed by "lake effect snow".Its coming.

It only snowed a couple times and the ground is bare around my house again. Seems another weird Winter unless something changes soon. Freezer is well stocked with halibut, salmon, caribou, and finally moose when the third partner in our group filled the cow tag he drew in Randy's backyard two weeks ago.
