Wife and I had a big debate about laundry last week. She asked why don't I clean out the lint screen. I said I clean it before I do a load. She said I'm supposed to clean it out after. Of course I'm wrong.

You are not alone! I do the same as you. When she calls me on it I walk away and let her know how lucky she is to have a husband who will do the laundry…

ohh man...that brings back memories. Architecture was my first declared major...did it for 2 years. Got straight A's in all of the design/history classes and straight F's in any of the science stuff...soooo...changed to my true first love - music - and now just draw for fun

ugh...I get in trouble b/c I don't separate. I did laundry as a bachelor for 30+ years and did fine. Laundry day was one day a week. Everything went into one cycle - cold - and came out fine. Now, the bedroom is a "sea of baskets", all usually a quarter full, and laundry gets done "when the baskets are full"...so...twice a month? It is a big ordeal with lots of drama...

I rebelled last year and started doing my own again b/c I couldn't wait for dress clothes to be done bi monthly...hell, I only own 6 shirts and 5 pairs of pants for work...and I clean the lint trap every time I do the laundry due to fire hazard fear...her? not so much. Sometimes I wonder how the place has not already caught on fire

So, if a man is talking to himself in the woods all alone is he still always wrong:Dand you should see me fold a fitted sheet. i know Joy refolds half of what i fold and why is all her stuff wrongside out. this slows me down. i have folded some still wrong side out to get the point across
