    Good morning people!
    The girls met their goal yesterday of 15,000 in the give local Lancaster and it was good for tied for 4th. But we also picked up a shepherd malinois mix that was hit by a car and has a broken jaw requiring surgery. So we are probably going to spend most of it at the emergency vet but that’s how this thing works. I don’t know what we are up to now but around two months ago we had spent over 100,000 on vet bills so far this year not sure what it is now. Somehow it just works out.

    Good morning lady and gentlemens.. it got a bit nippy in northern Carroll County.. below freezing. I had to dig into the woodpile to get at some of the Oak to mix in with the Ash to make a hotter, longer burning fire last night. No coffee yet, just from hash browns and over easy-ish eggs and some 2% milk. I will get some Joe at Sheetz in a bit.

    Wind kept waking me up last night. Lots of strong gusts hitting the windows and rattling things around. Slept like poop.
    I have some metal flower sculpture things hanging on my bedroom wall. A couple of gusts hit the house hard enough to shake them and I could hear the metal vibrating against the wall. Weird.
    Camper is still upright, I checked first thing.
    Supposed to stay windy most of the day.

    It’s hard to imagine what the wind out there is like till you experience it for yourself. I just thought I knew what a windy day was and then I pulled a camper out west a couple times.
