    I got it scribbled down. its a beef bbq recipe with a mustard slather and rub recipe.Google beef bbq recipe and look for the Chunky Chef recipe for bbq beef,you add the sauce after cooking. meat alone with a little different spice would make a good Italian Beef sandwich.
