A little of this and a little of that.
All the best to your B-I-L, your sister, and you. Watching a friend/loved one suffer is terrible.

Seriously thinking emotional support for you and your family.
Not sure if it's appropriate - my sister was hospitalized Aug 13th and passed Aug 21st. We knew she gave up and had to have that really hard discussion with her doctors and staff. She'd been through enough the years leading up to it, she was tired, hard but we had to respect that. Still have moments of doubt though they quickly pass.
Not saying that is good for you and your family, just something we all went through. Still holding hope for your BIL.

Can't help it, guess the twisted sense of humor is a genetic marker in our family since we come from generations of master-craftsmen/weemons.
My son took up the mantle at a plumbing company, family owned since the 50's who decided "they didn't want to someone to open the door to their office and find a couple of skeletons in their chairs". Company that bought it out has a lot of pansyass managers with NO plumbing background, after a year they put my son in charge, he has a way of calling anyone a moron and they either get it and sthu or leave. Pants with long-tail shirts so no one has to suffer plumbers crack, required. Morons know where the door is and if they don't pretty sure my son has a hidden lever that will eject them through the roof.

Busy day so far, got up (earlier than I thought) with a sunny dawn coming through the window. Takin' a break to find more 10mm's, only have ONE and going a bit nuts trying to work with it. Mid 50's today, diving back outside!

He was working on one machine for 3 days, about 20+ hours. We couldn't figure out what was going on. Never called for help. I went to see him and fixed the issue in 30 seconds.

Later they gave me his territory because he had so many complaints. Took me 2 months to get it back in shape and they gave it back to him.

A week later he got an award because the customers were happy.

Never mentioned my name. I hated him

'eveing peeps! I got back from my b-day weekend at the GF's house this morning, a light dusting of snow at her place, a few inches at my place. Weird how 35 miles distance can make such a difference in the weather.

A couple of rear window decals...
That's not too bad. I've got 800's from the Dr. I used to take twice every day. I've cut back since I had the radial ablation, which I'm sure my organs are thankful for...

Did not get the stairway painted today.
Sunday mornings I always read the obituaries. Saw today that one of our friends grandmother passed away and today was the showing. She was 93 years old.
Now I've got some venison in the Instapot.
A bowl of @dewayne chile sure would go good with my venison.

getting a workout today. finishing off a quilt. maybe not sound like much but all the crawling around on the floor to cut (need a big, flat space) and then manhandling 5 yards of fabric through the machine over and over...i'm pooped. got one more 6' seam to go and had to take a break.

Hi 50's gang. Took my sweetie out for a Valentine's brunch. She had crab cake dinner, I had scallop bacon cheese omelette with sauce. Sooo good. There is a nice place at local airport we like to frequent. Happy Sunday all!
