I love blending roasted garlic with mayo and putting that on anything that sounds like a good mix.

I love how the house smells whenever I roast garlic. mmmmMMMMmmmmm

Reality is I am more a fan of Miracle Whip than mayo, but when you start mixing things in, mayo is much easier as it doesn't overwhelm or conflict with the mix in's.

Been a busy morning, got a winter storm hit and need to get things wrapped up since we'll probably lose power. More snow last night after it melted off yesterday, now winds and drop into the teens.

Hope you get to go home soon and have no discernable side effects. My 86yo father just finished 6 weeks of daily radiation this past Friday for prostate cancer (his PSA was up to 26). Wishing you the best in this shitty journey.

 

My wife and drove up north last year and stopped at local state park waterfall. In the 25-30 cars in the lot there were 3 other Inferno Tacos. One of the families came out to the lot as we were trying to park and commented that they had never seen 4 of them in one place. We hadn't either.

 

Our latest round of precipitation was small ice crystals. About 2 inches if it. Plowing it was like plowing salt, it just flowed. Talked to the mailgirl. She said they were told that if didn't feel comfortable delivering to someone they could skip it.
