    well my week started with a bang. our IT crew decided to switch out our email addy host from godaddy to something else. been in the works for a couple weeks. they sent us how to instructions detailing the set up process we needed to do on our own to set up everything this morning. i downloaded everything to my desktop last week.
    log in this morning and start the process to reset my email. error. error. error.
    they sent us a special link to contact them if we needed help, had that bookmarked. didn't work, told me i had to send the request from a valid email address :rolleyes:
    three phone calls and THREE HOURS later and finally had my email working.

    the set up instructions didn't include steps 1 or 2 of the process. :smash:

    so after 1/3 of my work day was wasted I'm behind. More behind than i was when I started out at 7am.
