Some neighbors moved out last weekend. Left a mountain of stuff on the front yard. Shored up their garbage can with boxes and sticks and it was 3 or 4 feet over the rim.
Landscapers came by Monday to mow. Saw them out there on the phone, guessing with the property manager / landlord. They left without mowing because of the junk pile.
Neighbors come back Tuesday and pick up junk pile, wheel the can out to the curb.
Now today there's a lady with an ancient push mower trying to mow. I don't want to call it the lawn because it's 90% weeds. And it's a foot tall. This is the 1st time it's been mowed all year.
Mower keeps bogging down and dying. She's doing the tilt back, forward, lower, tilt back... method to hack thru the jungle. She looks pissed. Guess the landscapers didn't have time to come back.
Wonder if the neighbors will lose their deposit over this?

You should see how fast the lawns here in Tennessee grows . Landscapers come once week and within a few days the grass looks like it hasn't been cut in weeks :notsure:
