Should help. Go easy with the sea foam. It's potent stuff. That Dam Ethanol murders carburetors and fuel pumps. :annoyed:

I've tried the same thing here with hot and dry. I usually like to store them full so the room for condensation to form is limited to just the very top of the tank, but I do run the carbs dry. It doesn't take long to clog a low speed jet. I have a Honda 3000 IS and an off brand air compressor on my truck that get the most use...probably a tank+ of gas a month plus 3 or 4 trash pumps and a vibe plate that get ran whenever. I'll be putting some time on the vibe plate pretty soon. It sat all summer.

Yeah the worst is to let it sit. One of my responsibilities at work is to stay on this stuff in our shop. I'm always starting stuff up and reminding my boss we need more fuel treatment! Lol! Wish you a speedy recovery with that finger. We don't realize how much we rely on our fingers to get through the day until you wound one.

Thanks. I'll make it worse by knocking it in to everything tomorrow.

I try not to let them sit but, being a one man division, I'm everywhere all the time and things do fall through the cracks. I've had pretty good luck with treating the fuel so far. I do go out and start when I can so they're ready when I need them...or at least have time to get them to the shop before a project starts.

It looks good and I'm gonna bet it makes mama happy so life is a bit better off.
I don't have to do this until next weekend. Wife always waits until after my bday before xmas mode. She did a great job this year for me too. A nice peaceful day tinkering around and I already posted up the truck tinkering.

Well here I sit in the ER.

My son was talking to me as I was cooking dinner, he collapsed and as I was helping him up he went into a seizure. Never had one before and he is 18. lips turned blue, and he was non response. when he came to, he couldn't answer me and crawled to the couch, still not seeing me or answering me. I called 911 and they got there quick and off to the ER.

    He seems ok now.

I am too old to deal with this shit
