    You said they couldn’t at that time?
    That’s the day I stopped helping everyone…. And now your hiring kids with no experience for what I was just about making…
    I might have stayed longer..
    How much has it cost the company the past 2 years when you lost someone who cared?
    Just had his head down.
    Has asked me more than once to come back part time.
    I told him you could afford me…

    Its really starting to take effect. clutch/brake went out on my machine last nite. i helped install new one and had all needed tools at hand before they needed it. was that far ahead of them. long story short. ran 10 minutes and it messed up. unit was too hot to leave ur hand on it. rewired at then wouldnt work. sayed they dont know and drove off in their golf cart. not once did they use a meter or pull the schematics out of the power panel. so we shut line down for the nite. total lost production 14 hrs. fk it i took vacation and left. company knows but wont hire skilled labor. sooo (Cheap Labor isnt Skilled and Skilled Labor isnt Cheap):thumbsup:
