Happy Birthday Andy! Yeah time flies by when you're having fun.... :p

Ah Spring... I joke that Mn. has winter and 6 months of piss poor sledding. In your case that is likely very true. I vote YES for global warming too.

Well, after essentially being on vacation from Thanksgiving till New Years, kind of sucked going to work today, lol.
Temps went from 30 this morning to single numbers right now. Tomorrow should be a real treat working outdoors.
Almost done, starting to see that light at the end of tunnel.

I begged my father to get a snowblower back in the early 70's but he said they were too expensive. I went off to college at Alfred SUNY one of the few places to offer Ceramic Engineering, my grandfather in Wellsboro gave me his slide rule back then he was the Chief Engineer at Corning Glass in Wellsboro. And a professor at Mansfield State College in Pa. in his spare time. Had several uncles that worked at Corning Glass, NY in research. Came home from college the first semester and there was a John Deere tractor with a snowblower attached to the front end in the garage. I asked Dad, WTH?! He said he had to do something, his main snowblower had to run off to college and he lost his Sun (son) power. Give it time, the snow and cold will come. Be careful of what you ask for though!

    Thanks all.

I just realized that I spent more time in my current job, 28 years, then I spent without my current job (started when I was 27). More than half my life. Only 12 years to go. :D

I remember the day I realized I had spent more than half my life in the Air Force. Feels weird, I think, because those first years of your life, grades 1 thru 12, seem to take FOREVER. Then, as you get older, those years all get shorter.

    Good morning, All!

Corny Joke Of The Day: Why did the bicycle fall over ? It was two tired. (sorry)

    Have a great day, everyone!

    Morning

Made me remember the day I realized I'd been in the AF longer than my newest Airman had been alive ... my thought was "so this is how Joe Hardidge felt" ... he was my first shop chief at Pope AFB in 1984. :)

I usually like the corny jokes, but yeah, you should be sorry for that one. :p

    Have a great day.
