    Yay. Monday.
    At least it's a short week - we get paid for Thurs/Fri so I just have to put in 24 hours this week.
    And moron boss is out all week so I shouldn't have to deal with too much stupid shit.

    I think you're underestimating the awesomeness of the blankie fort

    So you're basically running the show!

    I think that I need a blankie fort, my fight with a cold has escalated over the weekend. 99° fever yesterday went to 101° last night, down to 100° right now. ( I usually run at 96-97 ° ) I feel like I did when the crud was winding down in May, muscle/joint aches, raw throat, constant hacking, no energy.. I took 2 home tests which showed 'negative', so at least there's a bit of sunshine. Last night, after catching a chill while getting firewood, I sat in front of the woodstove for so long that I have a bit of sunburn on my back.

    It refreshes my memory of just why we do this. Sometimes you wonder if you are really making a difference and then you have another victory.

    :hattip:Evening folks, I hope everyone
    survived their Monday.:thumbsup: It continues to amaze me how stupid/inconsiderate people are. Cars and trucks with a foot of snow on the roof waiting to become a projectile. Today it got up near 40*sunny, making all that rooftop shit dangerous. All I could do is stay back and shake my head.:annoyed:

    A few naps and a round of Theraflu have helped a tiny bit. As much as I need to get the woodstove going to keep the house warm, I don't have the energy to keep waking up every 2 hours to feed it tonight. It looks like a night with the portable oil filled radiator heater next to the bed.

    A little of this and a little of that.
    Good evening all,

    Turned out to be a decent day. Got the M-I-L’s yard cleaned up…again. I also got my daughters truck washed!

    Yeah, where’s @dewayne ?????

    Dewayne, where are you brother?

    Get well soon! Chicken noodle soup and/or Chinese Egg Drop soup is my go to when I’m feeling puny.

    :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: Awesome Marty!
