2 Christmases ago the lady friend got me a cook book from Cowboy Kent Rollins.


I finally used it tonight, I made a batch of chili. I have a high tolerance for heat but I had to put some sour cream into it. It's gonna hurt tomorrow.

Morning Taco Turds! A little rain here and then clearing up and going into the upper 60s! crazy weather, but I think I'll do a little trout fishing later today. Not the river kind....pond! lol. It's better to get your line wet then leave it dry I hear.

Woke up to some very nasty t storms about 0200hrs and trying to calm down my 8 mo old kitten " Gunny " as he was scared from all the thunder and lightning

Weather forecasts have increased the storm level threat to level #3 with the possibility of multiple Tornadoes for my area

Yesterday’s trip to the historical district and museum was another success. The docent was a young guy we have met a couple of times, he recognized us and we were talking as another employee came in who also joined the conversation. Turns it the other employee was the exhibit designer for the historical trust that runs the museum and other historical district locations. He ended up giving us a personal tour for about 40 minutes before he had to go to a meeting. Pretty cool getting the back story on some of the exhibits.
