I hope they can come up with some answers! I know you love what you do and if it’s getting back to that I’m pulling for you!! But being able to return to an active lifestyle will be first on my list of prayers!!

    Good Morning Folks :hattip:

Snow is melting and expecting rain later.

Change in leadership at work. New company President. He doesn't believe in working from home. I've been seeing a lot of new people (suits) walking around lately.

    Sorry to here this.
I've been on these meds for 37 years now. I still remember being in the hospital after my first seizure and being told I had epilepsy. Hard to except at first. I asked a lot of questions and got educated. Make sure you ask about any side effects of the meds and what to watch for. The first meds I was on made me tired. Ask what meds are available. If you have any questions. Pm me

Not sure if it's just the basic camaraderie, or the shared life experiences, but on another vehicle site the "You know you're old" thread is probably the best as well.

For my new friend with the seizures, it's probably the fact that nobody can tell you what's wrong more than the fact that something is wrong. When you know the demon, you have something to fight against.:duel:

I've taken the test three times, Andy.

I just modify my answers ever so slightly, lol :)

    That does blow hard.:annoyed:

I'm not sure what you do for work, but is there something you can do that doesn't involve driving? A good buddy of mine started having seizures in his early 40s. We were both driving trucks at the time. So as you'd guess, the Dr. pulled his license. The company kept him working on the dock for over a year until he got cleared to go back to driving.

Dammit Jim. I'm so sorry to see this. I know you're frustrated. I hope the neurologist will be helpful. Good thoughts to you.

Well either they don’t make glass like they used to or I’m very destructive! I just made the appointment to replace the second windshield in the transport van and we’ve had it a little over a year.

Windshields recently over the past 10-15 years have been known to develop stress fractures due to temperature conditions where it see's constant warm to cold temps

This one had a small peck but it was close to the edge and it started running. The last time a golf ball sized rock hit it going down the road scared the crap out of me. I don’t think it would have been any louder if somebody shot at me going down the road.

Had a couple of those moments too.
Last summer I was out with the camper and a big truck going the opposite way chucked a rock at me. It ended up hitting right above the windshield and then doing a little ricochet between the camper and roof until it fell into the bed. THAT was loud  if it had hit even 1/2" lower it would have busted the window for sure

I was meeting a truck as well and I’m sure the people behind me were wondering what was going on. The van wobbled some on this one because I dodged inside. And I don’t recall for sure but there was probably profanity!
