Utah in general is almost entirely unique in terms of terrain and geography across the entire U.S.. Moab is one of the more spectacular places / National Parks, to be sure. But it has many others well worth a look. When we were planning our exodus from California a couple years ago, Utah was near the top of my list of states to move to (MT, WY, ID, UT), but my mother in law thinks it's too "deserty and barren", and too cold in winter, so none of my choices were viable.

But seriously, if you ever get the chance, visit Utah. And if you have 2+ weeks, you need to see Bryce and Zion Canyon NPs as well ar Arches (Moab). They are a few hours west of Moab, so to do them justice you need a good bit of time.

Ugh...i think I'm getting sick again. Throat felt a little weird last night. Worse today and I have a cough. No fever or aches or anything else.

You need to confess to us who you been hanging around with, since they apparently are highly infectious.

Sorry to hear this, wife’s work still requires a mask in common areas. All my recent visits with the health system require a mask, wise in my opinion. Feel better soon

I don't want to be! At least I didn't have anything planned this weekend so I can rest up. Just gotta get thru tomorrow
Whats in the soup? You did something to it huh?
I went to that trade show thing weekend before last and wore a mask the whole time. Hundreds of people in there and I was 1 of maybe 10 people wearing one. Didn't get sick though. Weekend before that I went to our dino museum and it was busy, Didn't wear a mask and was sick within 36 hours.
I think my immune system is asleep at the wheel. Hoping once summer is here and all of the winter germs go away I'll be fine again.

Probably next year we will do a rambling camping trip I have part of my solar setup in route now. I also want to have a look at northern NM and southern Colorado might get a little fishing in before reaching the dryer country. The wife doesn’t fish so I won’t plan our trip around it fare is fare.
