That's why I like living in a Townhome community where you pay HOA fees . No need or worry about mowing your lawns . Even the large field behind my place is brush cut monthly by the county

I certainly get the appeal of the convenience of not having any yard maintenance responsibilities. I prefer being as isolated as I can get, no close neighbors, and definitely no HOA or anyone else who can tell me what I can or can't do with my own property :D

Kubota is definitely top shelf, but there are no dealers anywhere near me. While I can buy a few different brands from places like Lowe's, Tractor Supply... I have decided to buy from an actual dealer so that if/when I need service or repair, I will be able to get that done fairly easily. In my area, that limits me to John Deere and Cub Cadet authorized dealers.

Fun fact: people from Alaska HATE the show. They don't think it depicts life up there at all. But it kind of does from my experience.

This little monster who is only 9 months old is now weighing in at 13.4lbs . I've got a feeling he's going to over 16lbs once fully grown

He's got an endless appetite and always has his mouth full of food 20230410_113258.jpg

Afternoon everyone! I slipped off and did a little fishing this morning. 58FD25CC-4B45-465A-8E3A-80A1F405FB49.jpg0821E0AD-CB1F-4AF1-88F0-67C9D51FB781.jpgDB1059C0-9D45-43DD-9273-C0721B456070.jpg4DE58C03-D392-44AC-932B-ADF99D47900D.jpg605CE615-CCE0-4759-B626-38AE5389C4BF.jpg827E37F5-9261-4EC3-B3A3-EE6A4948EE7D.jpg4E68A5D0-03E5-4509-B942-E1C7FEFF9B36.jpg

Now that is better, still the same shot but the fish are different sizes

All you have to do is move your arm in or out to make the fish look larger or smaller.
