No bueno, but it's good you're getting away from the source of it. My stress is I can't retire soon enough and get away from the bullshit.

Good morning, damn near afternoon for some I reckon. Happy birthday @Metalskool hope it is a good one for you!

Fail on mustard and ruining a good piece of red meat, but welcome anyways :D Why not both threads?

Last night couldn't sleep and spent more than an hour on here starting at the beginning. I came in around page 50 Tacoma Mike, Susan and Andy kept this place alive in the beginning and how it has grown! Many of us on here are now in our 60's. Well into our 60's. Marty and I were talking fly fishing by page 100 and still doing it. Some of the best people you have never met exist on here.

I judge how much charcoal I have left by the handle on the musky net

Last week of September headed to NW Ontario for a cast and blast with the Admiral and Captain. On a lake that holds record musky. To be honest would rather fish for walleye or better yet trout...

Was reading last night that almost 10 years ago you and Susan were both thinking 2026 for retirement. I'm pushing mine out further way things are going, unless work pisses me off. I have to call Social Security today to clear up my filing for Medicare, got notice that they made me active yesterday. Still working and will loose Tricare at the end of this month because I turn 65. Will not get Tricare for Life until I stop working. Have piles of paperwork on the kitchen table I need to go through this weekend. Ugh and Ugh.

Amen! I really like what you said there and agree wholeheartily.

Same here Dan but they just changed the forecast for Sunday to no rain and dreary. WTH? How can it be 75 and dreary?!

Rocketman hope you are doing well I don't like the sounds of things. But take the time off and relax and let the stress slide away. Far away!!

I don't know Mike, for me this would push me to retirement. I will have my twenty in for the State next January, have the age now, need the twenty to get my insurance for life. Will have plenty of time to spend with my Grand Daughters! :):):):)

I’m sitting here in the camper watching short buss diaries and I should be sleeping :frusty: I believe I’m going to come back to Jim thorp tomorrow and check out mud run Sunday and maybe a little Lehigh hopefully it’ll be back in the banks then. It probably would have been fun to raft the other day but I believe the fish were probably holding on for dear life!!

No it wasn't it is gone, all of it. Have gone through that much again and down to 2 bags. I would buy the 2 packs at HD and Lowes during Memorial and 4th of July sales $9.99 for a 2 pack. They haven't had those sales since COVID :pout:

Anyone notice how a can of tuna fish only has enough for 1 sandwich. Didn't a can fill 2 sandwiches back in the day?

Oh and Happy Cinco de Mayo! Celebrated w Pacifico last night.
