Good morning everybody, hope it’s a great Tuesday for you.

I started catching up with my chores that got put off while I pressure washed at the kids. Got most of them done and got to see the grand babies yesterday afternoon.

Rain last night and more in the forecast today so mowing will have to wait, headed to town for the Tractor Supply run.

I thought I'd have enough time yesterday to visit the flooring/countertop and appliance store, nope. So, thats the plan for today.

You seem to be an extremely capable person. have you got into the 3d printing thing? read in your posts that you were skilled in CAD & so on.

its an instant answer to fixing/making soooo many things. you can make your own plastic nuts, pins, adapters. the list of things expands every day & they can print while you are doing something else.

Lunch time.. there is no net surfing on company 'puters at this place, so Im typing on the phone while I devour a ham sammich.

A sudden 10 minute power outage crashed all of the computers in the contractor area, only the 'employees' are on UPS's so most of the mornings work went straight out the window. No manual backups when working outside of the vault which is how they operate here.

The old reliable MTD riding mower died yesterday, an hour into trouble shooting revealed a bad starter solenoid but that wouldn't explain the ' no spark' condition. I might be time to find another beater riding mower.

 

Coffee hot tub. Big enough to dive in and soak it up for a couple hours

 

hear that. my best friend does my printing for me. lol he says when he upgrades i have to buy his old one as "print fees" for work already done. he makes his own scans/prints & drawings, but thats out of my range for now.

good news is there are files for jsut about everything now days that you can imagine. car parts, bushings, gun parts, guns, knifes.. the list never ends. and if the size & thread pitch of that nut you need is available? once that file is uploaded.... EVERYONE can have them by the ziplock bag full.
