    The vision piece is what scares me most. I had scratched up my primary glasses out at the cabin and had been using my back up pair for a month, kept being irritated by my vision, mistakenly blaming it on the glasses. Turns out it was my sugar being out of control. I see just fine now with the same pair of back up glasses. I do have an appt to get an updated prescription and new glasses May 31.

    Weird feeling when it happens. I just wear cheap reading glasses. Woke up one morning to go to work and everything was blurry. Put on another pair on top of those and could see almost fine. I knew then I was in trouble. Luckily I already had a doctor appointment the next day. By the end of the day I'd been diagnosed, given a prescription and had more appointments scheduled. That was about 10-12 years ago. A1c varies by a few points from year to year but still acceptable and within range for my cdl. Sometimes lower, sometimes a touch higher. My new doc wants to do labs every 6 months. I don't expect much change.

    Got my Taco back from the body shop Thrusday,new front bumper and fog lite from where i hit a deer back in March. a friend runs the shop and i believe they are the best in the area. and work runs 2months out. they even washed and detailed it.02D66179-E501-42D8-AF0E-E650BF3BB34C.jpg
