    Good morning all. We had the longest, most constant thunder storm since we moved here, last night. Our dog is getting a little more used to these, he still pants/drools like mad, but he just sits still, doesn't run around in a panic any more.

    I watch these weather guys on YouTube. They all say this may be the coldest summer on record (late 1800s?) for the northeast. I don't mind that. I just want enough rain so we aren't under drought conditions though cutting the grass about every two weeks isn't bad. :D

    Mother Nature has been strange this spring/summer so far. We've had gorgeous weather the last few weeks. Expecting rain, I guess this weekend.
    I go back to work today.


    I was the same way last March driving through the Rockies and especially when we got to Moab, just amazingly beautiful.

    Well this sucks !!!!:rant:


    Looks like my 1.5 yr old water heater stopped working !! . Yesterday I noticed the water temp to be cooler than normal and this morning no hot water whatsoever . There was a recall listed on certain water heaters the builder installed but mine wasn't listed

    The temp this water heater made since I moved here was always on the cool side on the " hot " setting . There is sounds coming from the tank though but just cold water


    Looks like I've got to call the property management company to see if this is still under warranty or not
