Good morning. Rainy here too. The drought we had must be over because the grass is back to a nice, healthy green.

A little of this and a little of that.
    :hattip:Good morning

I’m pretty sure I will be replacing a dishwasher in my house today. The current model has always been noisy, and it’s always bothered my wife.

Anyway, I hope you all have a pleasant day.

    Good Morning Folks :hattip:

A couple of years ago we replaced our dishwasher. Amazing how quite the new one is. The first few times running it I had to ask my wife if she turned it on.

Ours is 20 years old but still running. Since last November, we have replaces a dryer, gas fireplace inset and 2 refrigerators, so we are just going to wait for this one to die before we replace it.

When we replaced the washer 15 years ago we said we'd keep the dryer until it dies. It's still doing it's job. I'm thinking it's 25 years old.

:pccoffee: Good morning everybody. Enjoy your Sunday.

Unexpected thunderstorm about 2030 last night, another steady 30 minute rain about an hour later. While it was needed it didn’t help with the heat, current heat index is 90 already, going to be another scorcher. Looks like it may break back to “normal hot” Tuesday.

Ahh, the art of negotiating. Ask for more than what you want, they come back with way less than what you want. Meet somewhere in the middle and life is good. Nicely played, congrats!
