    slow roll going on here this morning.

    we didnt get to bed until about 4am. wife wanted to stay up all nite............... doing NOTHING. at 4 i said; im out. went to bed. so then she came in a little later & of course woke me up coming to bed. at 8am the dogs let me know they had to go out. then since they had been up most of the nite they all went right back to sleep.

    10am rolls around & wife is still out like a log. dogs look hung over & im bored while trying to be considerate of her day off. well it still beats going to work at 5am everyday.

    living the dream!

    Getting that way here too. The NW part of the state went under bans a couple weeks ago. None where I’m at right now but I’m still careful. Had my bucket of creek water at the ready during the downpour yesterday.
    I don’t. Just cleaning up other peoples messes because that’s what I do. Picked up about 109 or so .22 casings and a bunch of other shit. Going to throw my waders on later so I can get across the creek and pick up the soup cans hung on trees that someone set up as targets.

    Good on you for being such a good steward of the land.. it's sucks that the f-n pigs that made the mess can't be held accountable. If you save enough of the brass, it's worth a few $$ at a recycling center. I know that's not your prime motivation for cleaning up the mess, but the $$ could help fill the fridge or put a few gallons into Chebbys tank.

    We lived a couple of miles from Redwood Acres Fairgrounds. It’s where they ran Modified Sprint, Stock, and Midgets (half and quarters). We would walk through the woods and jump the fence to watch the races. In 5th grade I got to drive quarter midgets for the Coca Cola team.

    made it home and got a steak on the grill for a late dinner. somehow managed to dodge most of the storms on the way home but the sky was looking pretty dicey the whole way. and skipped the poop dump because i didnt want to risk getting stuck by lightning while emptying the tanks.

    If you liked that Dirt track video , you'll like this !!!!

    On the Dirt track we used first and second gear only with Toyota 8 bolt rear axle with 4 56 or 4.88 gears with a spool

    This new video is a Dwarf car on a paved road course . To do this was just setting the chassis up ..... shocks , springs and panhard bar for pavement . Then change the gearing in the axle so you can use all 6 gears . These cars would easily reach speeds over 160mph on the long straight sections
