    :hattip:Good morning everyone

Weather guessers are calling for some rain later today and throughout the weekend. We sure can use it.

    Enjoy your Friday. Stay safe.

Dammit. The first damage on a new vehicle is the hardest.

That’s time well spent Blevin.

I hope y’all get some good rain! That’s a tough place to fight a fire I’ve crossed north of there on 33 along the dry and I don’t recall a bunch of roads going over in there.

morning all... moving kinda slow this morning. stayed up with the wife house cleaning until 330am.

dogs had me back up at 630am. hurt all over today. why? you ask? well it wasnt regular house cleaning.

    there was an incident:

so wife got her some new edibles to try & last nights sample made her very happy, excited & evidently clumsy.

she decided that the washer needed cleaned, so she was cleaning away at the top rim & drum. YEAH you know what happened. she dropped her little scrubby pad & it went right down inside the drum liner out of sight instantly.

so i spent the next 3hrs learning how to take apart one of those new fancy huge top loaders & getting the drum out.
heres the thing: when you take a washer apart? you find out just how dirty they really are.
she freaked out & another 2hrs went into her cleaning the parts i took out.
finally got to the bottom of the liner & got the scrubby pad out. sure enough it would have went right into the pump inlet.
good news is the washer is clean, working & back in service. bad news is i spent all that time on a step stoll bent over that thing & my back is screaming. also my arms are not happy cause when the step stoll slid on the slick floor......... i landed on the sharp tabs on the top edge. oh yeah we are having fun now.

of course she was grossed out & laughing all at the same time. me? well since im sober & clean as a new dime? wasnt much joy in mudville for me.

now this morning shes doing her best sleeping beauty impression. STILL in bed. while im taking care of everything else.

    living the dream every day!
