I bet the weather out there can get a little sporty in winter. I would do it.

Going to pickup the camper/topper/commercial cap tomorrow. I'm so stoked. I have to be doing something all the time or I go crazy. I think they call that work ethic. LMAO The guy that sold it has a Centennial Farm with cattle and a 2 year old shop house. It's a dream place.
    Pics when I get back.

a few pics from the listing, the unit i'm taking is a mirror image of this. building is only 7 or 8 years old and the tenant that is moving out has been there the whole time. they're painting and cleaning now but it looked pretty good when i was there yesterday.

    STORY TIME!

Many years ago when I was a sophomore in in high school I took a class called environmental biology. Covered all kinds of stuff about different types of habitats, pollution, global warming, etc etc. Because the area has so many mines one of the big topics we covered was the pollution from the mines and all of the work that was going in to reclaim and clean up the land in and around town. Including Shit Creek.
in the spring our class partnered with the local college and their environmental engineering students and as a group we did a full day of remediation work and studied what sort of things were living in the water and what plants were growing on the banks, took soil and water samples that they college students did tests on later. in order to do all of that we all had to wade into the water in old hip waders that the school had but they all leaked and it kinda sucked.
the next year i wasn't in the class but the teacher liked me and asked if i was interested in helping out with the field day and that the college wasnt involved that year but we were going to be taking kids from the junior high out with us. he wanted me to come along since i kinda knew what to do from the previous year.
free day hanging out outside and not stuck in a classroom? sign me up!
so the field day came and i remembered the crappy leaky boots we had the year before. showed up to school that morning in my own waders. got a lot of strange looks from people as i was walking into the school dressed in waders. i was always a bit awkward and weird...definitely didn't help matters that day.
did the same the following year as well.
so who knows... i maybe planted some of those willows and things in those pictures.

But now if you’re walking around in waders you’re one of the cool kids
