My front axle has been "lubed" real good lately due to the "lake effect snow ".

Thanks Jimi ... Likewise to you and yours.

You look a little ill ... might manifest into some kind of illness next year. :notsure:

    :cookiemonster:

How do you manage to stop it when that ABS kicks in?

Thanks for mentioning the Baileys ... I need to pick-up my once annual holiday bottle of Carolans.

I Agree Mike!! I think the reason they went with plastic (Tupperware) bumpers and such, is to get better fuel mileage. I do Love my leather Seats Though! :D

Good morning and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Off until next Tuesday spending time with my daughter and wife. I slept in a little this morning and wake up to being 4 pages behind on here. Going to the dealership in a little while to pick up my car, Christie made them a huge plate of cookies and one of her incredible pound cakes. They treat me well so i figured why not treat them a little. The guys in the shop deserve some appreciation. :pccoffee:

I've used the 4wd once in the 10 months I've had this truck. Tried out the crawl control just to see what all it'd do. Sounded like the transmission was tearing itself apart. Dealer said that's normal, it's supposed to sound that way.

And a Merry Christmas to you and family too Jim! Make it a good one :)

I miss my steel plate bumpers. I do not miss getting out and locking the hubs in, while stuck in the mud up to your ass. Took me a few years to trust those auto locking things though.

I put it in 4 Hi yesterday so I could get out of the driveway. As I do most mornings this time of year. 2-4 more inches today. Then rain and sleet Christmas day, I'll take the snow. I think..

I was 4 wheeling in Virginia years ago in old taco and slid sideways down the mountain then slid backwards and high centered over a tree the loggers left behind.
I read instructions on visor about clutch start cancel and did it.
I leaped frogged right over it. Very cool. Never used again.

It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
And speaking of lubed... WTF is with this damn Kentucky Jelly? It's so damned slick it practically slid off my toast and it tastes horrible.
